Our decaf beans are from Brazil and have been carefully sourced to ensure the coffee is consistently smooth, with nutty notes throughout the year. A process known as the Swiss-water method is used to decaffeinate our coffee. This method entails a longer process, but allows our beans to remain 100% chemical free. Cheaper, faster decaffeination processes often involve the use of harsh chemicals; something we want to avoid.
